Our History
NewLogic Technologies was acquired by Wipro Ltd., the global Indian IT services company, in 2005 and since then, Wipro-NewLogic is a business unit of Wipro's Product Engineering Solutions (PES) group.

The name of this new entity is Wipro-NewLogic and it combines the global Semiconductor IP portfolio, the analog / mixed signal services and the European SoC design services.
